“ABR Reports extract our live data from our (ERP) business software M1 and report it straight to our inboxes as determined by the schedule we set for them,” she said.

“It allows for fully customisable reporting on our day-to-day data in M1. We have already developed reports in a number of key areas including a PJL Daily Health Check which reports our daily and monthly hours and overall efficiency for each of our workshop plants.

“Another good example is the Multi-Plant Efficiency Report which is a grouped report displaying the efficiency of our Workshop plants in comparison to each other.

“Project Manager Reports are proving useful as they easily display project efficiencies and status based on quoted vs actual hours and material costs. Internal Reports also assist with meeting financial requirements and EOM reporting efficiency.

“The reports are helping to make the data much more accessible. Just one of these reports can combine up to half a dozen different M1 reports, saving time and making the data easy to interpret and compare.

“This allows us to see how we are performing in real-time to enable decision making that is relevant and necessary for immediate change and improvement.”
